Please read these Terms of Use ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the File Manager mobile application (the "App"), developed and operated by Novago Global Solutions FZ-LLC ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("you", "your", or "User") and Novago Global Solutions FZ-LLC and govern your access to and use of the App and its features.
By downloading, installing, accessing, or using the App, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not accept these Terms, do not download, install, or use the App.
The App provides tools designed to improve your iOS device's performance and user experience by identifying and removing redundant files, organizing media content (such as duplicate photos), and optimizing storage. While we strive to provide helpful and safe functionality, use of the App is at your own risk and subject to certain limitations as described in these Terms.
Your use of the App is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your personal data is collected, processed, and protected. Please review it carefully before using the App.
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
Use of this App is intended only for individuals who are at least 13 years of age or, if under the age of 13, are doing so with the express permission and supervision of a parent or legal guardian. By accessing or using the App, you affirm that you meet this age requirement and that you possess the legal authority and capacity to enter into and be bound by these Terms. If you are using the App on behalf of a minor or someone else, you also confirm that you have obtained the necessary authorization to do so, and accept responsibility for their compliance with these Terms.
The App is designed to provide an intelligent, user-friendly solution for enhancing the performance and storage efficiency of your iOS device. It offers tools that identify and clean unnecessary files, manage photos and videos, and organize digital clutter that may be affecting device responsiveness. Depending on the version and available features, the App may also include optional utilities for system diagnostics, monitoring device health, or generating performance insights to help users understand and improve how their device functions over time.
It is important to note that this App is developed strictly for personal and non-commercial use. It functions within the boundaries of Apple's iOS ecosystem and does not make unauthorized or system-level modifications without your explicit consent. The goal of the App is not to interfere with how your device operates but rather to provide a complementary layer of efficiency and organization.
While some components of the App are available free of charge, certain features and services may require a paid subscription or one-time purchase to access. Payment processing for all transactions, including subscription renewals and trial conversions, is managed exclusively by Apple Inc. via your App Store account. We do not have access to or store your personal billing details, including credit card numbers or payment credentials.
Should you choose to subscribe, the specific terms — such as duration, price, renewal intervals, and cancellation options — are subject to Apple's policies, which are available in your Apple ID account settings. Subscriptions may be set to automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the renewal date. Charges for automatic renewals are applied directly by Apple, and you are solely responsible for managing your subscription preferences.
If the App offers a free trial period, you will not be charged until the trial ends. To avoid incurring charges, you must cancel before the trial period concludes using your Apple ID subscription settings.
Please note that deleting the App from your device does not automatically cancel an active subscription. You must cancel the subscription directly through your Apple ID account to avoid further billing. Simply removing the App will not prevent Apple from charging future subscription fees, as all billing is handled externally through the App Store.
By installing and using the App, and provided that you remain in compliance with these Terms, Novago Global Solutions FZ-LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, and revocable license to download and use the App strictly for personal, private, and non-commercial purposes on any compatible iOS device that you own or control.
This license does not permit resale, sublicensing, distribution, or modification of the App in any way. Any attempt to circumvent technological protections or to transfer, rent, lease, or commercially exploit the App outside of the permitted terms will result in immediate termination of your license and may constitute a violation of applicable laws.
By using the App, you agree to do so in good faith and in accordance with both the spirit and letter of these Terms. You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your device and ensuring it meets the technical requirements necessary for the App to function correctly. You also agree to use the App only in lawful ways and in compliance with all local, national, and international regulations that may apply.
You must not misuse the App in any manner that could compromise its performance or integrity. This includes, but is not limited to, interfering with its operation, attempting to access restricted parts of the software, manipulating its processes, or attempting to reverse-engineer the code. Any form of disruption, unauthorized access, or fraudulent use of the App will be regarded as a serious breach of these Terms and may result in account suspension or legal action.
All elements within the App, including but not limited to its overall design, layout, graphics, user interface, text, code, features, algorithms, trademarks, service marks, logos, and any underlying technology, are and shall remain the sole and exclusive property of Novago Global Solutions FZ-LLC or its respective licensors and partners. These materials are protected by copyright, trademark, and other applicable intellectual property laws, both domestic and international.
Unless explicitly permitted in writing by Novago Global Solutions FZ-LLC, you are not authorized to reproduce, modify, adapt, translate, distribute, sell, license, publicly display, create derivative works from, or otherwise exploit any portion of the App or its content. Any unauthorized use of the App's intellectual property constitutes a breach of these Terms and may result in legal action, including but not limited to injunctive relief and financial damages.
To maintain the quality, security, and functionality of the App, we may, from time to time and at our sole discretion, provide updates, patches, enhancements, or improvements. These updates may be implemented automatically in the background or may require manual acceptance or download through the App Store interface. We encourage users to keep the App up to date to ensure optimal performance and access to the latest features.
Additionally, we reserve the unrestricted right to make changes to the App's structure, appearance, or functionality, including modifications to or discontinuation of any part of the App, whether temporarily or permanently. Such changes may be made with or without prior notice. While we strive to maintain continuity of service, we are under no obligation to provide continued support or to maintain previous versions of the App following an update or modification.
Your access to and use of the App may be suspended or terminated at any time at our sole discretion, especially in circumstances where we reasonably determine that you have violated these Terms or otherwise acted in a manner inconsistent with the intended use of the App. Upon such termination, all rights granted to you under these Terms will immediately cease, and you must delete the App from your device and discontinue all use.
You are, of course, free to stop using the App at any time and for any reason. Simply uninstalling the App from your device constitutes voluntary termination of your usage, although please note that such deletion does not affect any ongoing subscription obligations managed through your Apple ID unless you actively cancel them through your account settings.
The App and all related content and services are provided strictly on an "as is" and "as available" basis, without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Novago Global Solutions FZ-LLC disclaims all representations, guarantees, and warranties, whether statutory, explicit, or implied — including, but not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement of intellectual property or proprietary rights.
We make no promise or assurance that the App will function uninterrupted or error-free, that any defects will be corrected, or that the App will be compatible with all devices or operating system versions. Nor do we guarantee that the performance of the App will meet your expectations, achieve specific results, or deliver particular benefits. Use of the App is at your sole risk, and you assume full responsibility for any potential damage to your device, loss of data, or other consequences arising from your use or attempted use of the App.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, under no circumstances shall Novago Global Solutions FZ-LLC, its affiliates, licensors, partners, directors, employees, agents, or representatives be held liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages that may arise from or relate to your access to or use of the App, including — without limitation — any loss of data, loss of profits, loss of revenue, personal injury, loss of goodwill, or damage to hardware or software. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted, whether in contract, tort (including negligence), warranty, or otherwise.
We expressly disclaim any liability for issues arising from your inability to access or use the App, system delays or failures, unauthorized access to user data, or any actions taken in reliance on the App's functionality or performance. In jurisdictions that do not allow the exclusion or limitation of liability for certain types of damages, our liability shall be limited to the maximum extent allowed under local law.
In any case, and notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained in these Terms, the total cumulative liability of Novago Global Solutions FZ-LLC for any and all claims related to your use of the App shall not exceed the total amount actually paid by you for your most recent subscription to the App — if any payment was made at all.
In order to provide enhanced features and functionality, the App may include links to, or integrations with, third-party websites, software components, advertising services, analytics platforms, or other digital content and services not owned or controlled by Novago Global Solutions FZ-LLC. Your interaction with such third-party services is entirely voluntary and undertaken at your own discretion and risk.
We make no representations or warranties regarding the availability, accuracy, reliability, or content of any third-party service, nor do we endorse or assume responsibility for their privacy practices, terms of service, or data handling policies. Any disputes or concerns you may have with such services must be resolved directly with the relevant third party. Use of any linked or embedded service is governed solely by the applicable terms and conditions set forth by that provider, and not by these Terms.
These Terms, and any dispute, claim, or controversy arising out of or in connection with them or with your use of the App, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the United Arab Emirates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
By agreeing to these Terms, you hereby submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the United Arab Emirates for the resolution of any legal matters arising under or related to this agreement. You agree that such courts shall have personal jurisdiction over you, and you waive any objection based on inconvenient forum or lack of jurisdiction.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion and at any time, to revise, modify, or replace these Terms in part or in whole. When changes are made, we will take reasonable steps to notify users, which may include displaying an in-app message, updating the version history, or posting the revised Terms within the App or on our website.
We encourage users to review the Terms periodically to remain informed of any updates. Your continued access to or use of the App after such modifications are posted shall constitute your binding acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease all use of the App and uninstall it from your device.
