The Application is a food and calorie tracking utility that lets users photograph their meals to receive estimated calorie and nutrition information, keep a food diary, and browse recipes. We are committed to transparency regarding how information is handled when you use the Application.

User Provided Information

The Application does not require account registration. We only receive information that you voluntarily provide, such as when contacting customer support. This may include your email address and the content of your message.

Payment information is not collected or stored by us. All purchases and subscriptions are processed securely by Apple via the App Store.

Meal Photos

When you scan a meal, the photo is processed by a third-party recognition service solely to return calorie and nutrition estimates. The image is not used to identify you and is not retained after a request is completed.

Your food diary, including any saved photos, is stored locally on your device and is not uploaded to us. You may delete any entry, including its photo, at any time from within the Application. If you prefer not to have your photos processed, you may add meals manually instead.

Refunds and App Store Purchases

Purchases and subscriptions are managed exclusively by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted directly to Apple and are subject to Apple's policies. If requested by Apple during a refund review, we may provide limited usage information strictly for verification purposes.

On-Device Data

Your meal entries, photos, daily calorie goal, and diary history are stored locally on your device. The Application does not back up this data to our servers or require an account to function.

Automatically Collected Information and Analytics

The Application uses industry-standard third-party services for analytics, crash diagnostics, subscription management, and marketing attribution.

These services may automatically collect limited technical information such as device model, iOS version, app version, country, and general usage events. This information never includes your food diary content or saved photos.
